The Modibbo Adama University of Technology, MAUTECH admission letter collection procedure and timetable for the 2023/2024 academic session newly admitted candidates.

Following the release of the Modibbo Adama University of Technology, MAUTECH admission list, the management of the institution also released the procedure for successfully admitted candidates to collect their original admission letters.

MAUTECH Procedure for Collection of Admission Letter

The collection of the original copy of the admission letter commences on 31st October 2022. Candidates are advised to check the timetable for collection for their date of collection.

  1. JAMB admission letter(printout)
  2. O’level results
  3. Primary Certificate
  4. Indigene Letter
  5. Birth certificate / Declaration of age

Requirements for collection of Admission letters for DE candidates

  1. JAMB admission letter (printout)
  2. Diploma / NCE results
  3. O’level results
  4. Primary Certificate
  5. Indigene Letter
  6. Birth certificate / Declaration of age

Timetable for Distribution of MAUTECH Admission Letter

Date: 31st October 2022 – 11th November 2023.
Time: 8:30 AM (start)
Venue: University Admissions Office.

  • Faculty of Agriculture – Monday, 31st October, 2023.
  • Faculty of Environmental Sciences – Tuesday, 1st November, 2023.
  • Faculty of Management Sciences – Wednesday, 2nd November, 2023.
  • Faculty of Physical Sciences – Thursday, 3rd November, 2023.
  • Faculty of Life Sciences – Friday, 4th November, 2023.
  • Faculty of Education – Monday, 7th November, 2023.
  • Faculty of Engineering – Tuesday, 8th November, 2023.
  • Medicine and Surgery – Wednesday, 9th November, 2023.
