How to Apply for College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto Admission Form
The sales of admission forms into second stream Basic Nursing and first stream Basic Midwifery of the College of Nursing, Sokoto will commence on the 12th December, 2023 and ends on 23rd December, 2023
- All interested candidates should visit college portal sis.conssokoto.edu.ng to obtain and fill the form
- Make sure you print all the invoices and receipt generated during the filling of forms.
- Provide a valid phone number while filling the form
- Proceed to make a payment of N7,000 (excluding charges) as Form purchase fee
College of Nursing Sciences Admission Requirements
Applicants must possess five credits in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
The Computer Based Test (CBT) for all applicants will hold as follows:
